Very nice hoodie and exceptional customer service

This hoodie is great but what blew my mind was customer care that I received from Parrasuco.
Hoodie came meticulously folded and wrapped in tissue paper a if it was birthday gift. They added return bag and return labels. It takes lots of confidence in its product and service to make returns this easy for customers. I also received free string backpack. I ordered two discounted hoodies and I felt pampered like I am VIP customer who spent at east $10000. WOW. You just made me returning customer for sure. Excellent job.

Ordinary and underwhealming cut to this sweatshirt

I needed a larger hoodie but none were available in this color so I ordered this oversized sweater in the color I needed, I might wear it around the house. It is a weird fit, it just looks like a big purple box. Parasucco refused to give me a refund only an exchange so I settled for this ugly sweater. I will never buy from them again.
