Great quality...rise is higher than expected
The description says 8" but it is actually 9". Since I am only 5'3" this makes a big difference. I do love the quality of these and will keep them. Also, I normally wear 26 or 27 in jeans, but in the Parasuco dress pants, I have to go up to 28. So be aware of that when ordering.

1.5" too short
All of the latest models are short. I used to buy Parasuco for the great lenght of their pants, very disappointed. These leave my ankle bone fully exposed. They're about 1.5" too short. It also says mid-rise but it feels quite high-rise.
The tissue is of great quality, the stretch is impeccable and the color def won't fade. They also didn't shrink in the wash. A great quality product as usual; if only they still made them long! I'm freezing!
