Quality seems fine, fit is OK because they did not have 28 only 29, length is just right and loose enough around the legs. Drop crotch is not really my fit but for shorts its perfect for summer it allows room to breathe. The only downside is more colours sizes and styles are needed size "28" doesn't exist so I had to settle for 29 thats why I gave it 4 out 5
